This was pretty cool. We sang in the Vista House, which is on a overlook of the Columbia River in Portland. Great acoustics. People starting filling in once they heard the music. Visitors were impressed.
What a gift to view this blog! Not only can we view great pictures, but interesting varied commentary too. For those of us not on the tour,we actually get a taste of what you all must be experiencing. The landscape is beautiful!! I really enjoyed the video here. Hearing our youth sing "We Are Marching" brought tears to my eyes, as usual :) Thanks be to God for the many gifts being shared on this tour.Love to all and Much Grace & Peace, Linda Motter
P.S. Alan, I'm really impressed with your computer skills. I need to take lessons from you. You even included a link to Vista House on this one! Hope your finger and ankle feel better.
I cannot tell you how much it means to me to be able to see pictures of Allison and the rest of the youth on this trip. I feel like in a way I'm sharing in this with her, I can better picture the things she's telling me about when she calls! I anxiously look here often, hoping for another update! Thank you, Alan.
